Download speeds are capped at the maximum shown for each plan. Actual speeds vary with location, device, number of users and other factors. To access 5G you’ll need a 5G compatible device and to be in a 5G coverage area.

- Month to month. No fixed term, no early termination charge.
- No surprise bills. Data stops when your allowance runs out. No automatic excess charge, no automatic top-up. The price on the card is the price on your bill.
- Unused data rolls over into your data bank — up to 500GB on Bloom, 1,000GB on every other plan. Your bank is forfeited if you move to a smaller plan or leave.
- No fees from us. No activation fee, no plan change fee, no late, dishonour or reconnection fee. Your bank may charge its own.
- eSIM activation included. Replacement eSIM free. Requires an eSIM-compatible device.
- Keep your number. Bring your existing Australian mobile number with you.
- Change plans any time. Move up or down as your usage changes.

International roaming, premium and third-party carrier-billed services, directory and satellite services, and handsets.
All prices include GST. The loyalty reward is calculated as 5% of each eligible mobile plan fee paid in full. For example, where an eligible $54 Enlarge plan fee is paid in full, the Supper-funded loyalty reward is $2.70. Eligible loyalty reward: $2.70. Travel packs cover 68 countries and are activated by SMS before you travel. Roaming is only available in countries covered by a travel pack. Companion eSIM requires an active Supper plan.
eSIM, your phone and your number
The essentials before you pick a plan.
Is my phone eSIM compatible?
The Supper is eSIM only, so your phone needs built-in eSIM support. Most recent iPhone, Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel models include eSIM. Check your phone's settings or the manufacturer's website to confirm before you join.
Can I keep my current phone number?
Yes. You can bring your existing Australian mobile number to The Supper when you activate your eSIM. Keep your old service active until the transfer is complete, then it cancels itself.
Do you send a physical SIM card?
No. Every Supper plan is eSIM only. Your plan is delivered digitally, so there is nothing to post and no SIM card to swap.
What happens to data I don’t use?
It rolls into your data bank automatically, up to 500GB on Bloom and 1,000GB on every other plan. Use it whenever you go over your monthly allowance. You keep it as long as you stay on the same plan or move up.
What happens when I run out of data?
Data stops. We never add charges or top-ups automatically. You can buy a top-up when you want one, or wait for your next cycle on the 28th.
Which countries can I call?
Rise, Shine, Enlarge and Overflow include unlimited standard calls and SMS to 15 countries, listed above the add-ons section. Calls to other countries aren’t available at launch.
What you pay, and what you don't
- Your mobile plan — $35, $45, $49, $54 or $66 a month including GST, depending on the plan. This is the only charge for the mobile service.
- The 5% loyalty reward — The Supper funds the loyalty reward. It is not added as a separate charge to your mobile bill or deducted from your existing investment. Fund fees and costs apply to your investment as set out in the PDS, AID and IOL. All investments carry risks.
- Access to the loyalty reward — The Supper does not charge a separate fee to eligible mobile customers to receive the loyalty reward. Fund fees and costs apply separately to investments in the Fund, as set out in the PDS, AID and IOL. All investments carry risks.
- Monthly Boost — whatever you choose to contribute. It is your own money contributed to your investment in the Fund. The Supper does not charge a separate fee for making a Monthly Boost. Fund fees and costs apply to your investment as set out in the PDS, AID and IOL, and your bank may charge its own fees. All investments carry risks.
